Kim brings to her coaching a wealth of experience from her military career, many years of teaching group and personal fitness, and living every day the principles she espouses. Her valuable knowledge regarding eating, thinking, and moving is only eclipsed by her passion to help real people make real, sustainable changes toward their own individual wellness goals.
