We are getting close to that time of year where we are over stressed, we over eat, we are less active and partake in those rare treats that only show themselves at this time of year. There are more cakes, candies, cookies and fudge hanging around the house than any other time of the year. We give ourselves a blank check from Halloween to New Years Day and chalk it up to the big excuse of “It’s the Holidays.” This year can be different.
