The Weight-Loss Accountability Course encompasses a whole lifestyle concept based on the three principles of EATING, THINKING, and MOVING. Join me on this journey of education and behavior modification toward a healthier lifestyle and improved health and wellness. You don’t even need to live in the local area to participate! The course is deigned to for participation from any location with the use of technology!
Throughout this 8-week course, you will:
* Track your exercise & steps, and log your food & water intake
* Enjoy a different fitness activity
*Attend weekly coaching conference calls each Sunday at 6:30pm (CST)
*Complete weekly homework assignments
*Receive personalized guidance in making small, sustainable changes to your diet, thoughts, and exercise
*Discover your body and yourself through weekly education assignments
*Learn how the body works and how to make it work for you
*Most importantly: Learn to value yourself by making healthier choices
