Setting Goals

These are not your mother’s goals!

When it comes to setting goals for health and fitness, many people think in terms of the number of pounds they want to lose or how many dress/pant sizes they want to go down.  The thing is, once those goals are achieved, then what?  Keep setting new one’s! The important part in health and fitness golas is to focus on eating well, thinking clear, moving every day, and the rest will come.

To put this into perspective..the goal (my why) that keeps me going is the desire to run and play with my grandchildren.  My oldest child is graduating high school this year so grandchildren are not in my near future, but when they arrive, I will be there to run, play and watch them grow 🙂
