We are half way through the year and it is a good time to take a step back and evaluate where you are with the goals you set earlier this year. At the beginning of the new year, there is a surge of energy and possibility. We funnel that energy into imagining and planning for all of the positive change we want to create. Mid-summer is a good time to check in with ourselves on those intentions, celebrate your successes and examine the areas where you’ve lost some steam. Take a weekend away to reminisce about whats happened over the past 6 1/2 months and dream about what you want to accomplish in the next 5 1/2 months.
